For those occasions when it might be difficult for a Party to take a full part in the Mediation due to a lack of proper understanding of the English Language, Specialist Mediators can supply interpreters who are used to business, commercial and 'every day use' languages. Although the interpreters are not CEDR trained, they nevertheless have an understanding of the Mediation process.

Specialist Mediators' interpreters are available for the exclusive use of a Party, both during the joint meetings, for the Party's meetings with the Mediator and for private meetings with the Party's legal team.

The interpreters are discreet and may be relied upon not to breach any confidences, whether to the Mediator (if required by the Party), the other Party(ies) or any third party. Interpreters are required to sign the Mediation Confidentiality Agreement.
