Specialist Mediators LLP was set up in 2003 to meet the growing need for Mediators who are experts in their own fields. Increasingly parties to a dispute may wish to employ a Mediator who really understands their business and/or has the relevant expert knowledge. Experience has shown that such expert knowledge can help bring about a faster settlement and a higher settlement rate.
