Sundeep Bhatia 


Sundeep Bhatia was born in 1966 and is a solicitor-advocate. He was articled to Penman Johnson Watford in 1991 and upon qualifying he joined Palmers and handled repossessions for the Woolwich Building Society.

In the second half of the 1990's he was a criminal defence lawyer for Gupta and Partners and rose to be head of the Criminal Department before establishing Brent Law Practice in Neasden, specialising in Criminal Defence. This included several murder cases and one of the largest cases involving conspiracy to defraud Microsoft. (The firm was a member of the Legal Aid Very High Cost Cases Panel which was authorised to deal with such cases). Later at Brent Law Practice he branched into employment law.

In 2007, Sundeep set up Beaumonde Law Practice and started to specialise more in employment law, including unfair dismissal and discrimination. He also deals with immigration cases, company, debt matters and civil litigation.

Outside the law, Sundeep is interested in writing, travel, most forms of music and Formula One racing.
