Eric is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 35 years experience on building and civil engineering projects in private practice, industry, local authority, contracting and consultancy. Sole Principal since 2001.

Eric successfully undertook formal accreditation training with CEDR in 2002 and became a CEDR Registered Mediator in 2004.

Eric has been appointed as Mediator in various sectors including Property, Construction, Engineering, PFI, IT and Finance. Property mediations have included leases, dilapidations, boundary disputes and negligence matters. Construction mediations have included such matters as valuation of work, extensions of time, loss/expense, defective design, consultancy agreements and professional negligence. Commercial mediations include sale of businesses, manufacturing and supply disputes. Consumer mediations include supply of faulty goods and housing disrepair. Values in dispute have ranged from £1,000 to £25,000,000.
